After the grand success of Bahubali, a rumor spread in the news reports that Rajamouli will next direct a budget film(Lesser than the amount spent while making Bahubali). But, now to the recent report, he has totally denied as now this filmmaker is thinking bigger. As per the reports, he is lining up to break numerous other records and for that, he has set a much bigger budget to achieve his dream. At the media meet of Dhanaya, the producer of RRR, revealed that the film will be made on a staggering budget of Rs 400+ crores (55.4 million US $ +).
It stars the great actors of Tollywood and Bollywood industry i.e Jr. NTR, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, and Ajay Devgn It is a fictional story that will revolve around India’s freedom fighters, Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem who fought against the British Raj and the Nizam of Hyderabad, respectively. The RRR movie story is a fictional retelling of their lives during their self-imposed exile.
There’s a load of rumor with the female actor in the movie between Pooja Hegde, Keerthy Suresh, and Rashmika Mandanna but later it was finally confirmed that Alia Bhatt will be in the leading female actor role in RRR. She will be pairing Ram Charan in the film and on the other hand, Jr NTR will be seen with the British actress Daisy Edgar Jones.Jr NTR, one of the megastars in the Tollywood industry will be seen romancing Daisey. He is also set to learn his extravagant style and pleasant moves which surely will give goosebumps. Adding to it Bollywood heart, Alia Bhatt will surely fascinate her fans with her amazing performances.
The movie is said to be based on true incidents that will trace the history of Indian freedom fighters i.e Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem.
The movie unveils both of them away from home (in Delhi) before they started fighting for the country. It’s a pan-Indian film painted on a large canvas.
“The idea to present the RRR story was planted in my mind when I saw Motorcycle Diaries,” SS Rajamouli said during the press meet.
